摘　　要：数据集的设计与制作是构建数据加工与共享平台的一个重要环节,其质量的高低将直接影响数据加工与共享平台的性能。在数据加工与共享统计产品研究的基础上,根据数据库内容及结构的需要设计制作,利用经过质量控制的信息化数据文件进行统计加工形成16个文本文件,进而将16个文件分成4类数据集,即:日数据集、旬数据集、月数据集、年数据集。The data set design and manufacture is an important link for building the data processing and sharing platform is an important link. It will directly impact on the performance of data processing and sharing platform. According to the con-tent and structure requirements of database design, 16 text files were compiled using the information data file under quality control. And it based on the study of the data processing and sharing Statistics products. The data set was divided into 16, because of convenience. These 16 files can be divided into four classes data sets including data set, ten days data set, data set monthly and data set yearly.
