摘　　要：文章就高校辅导员的心理健康问题及其对辅导员工作的影响进行了分析,试从明确职责、开展活动、建立保障机制、构建激励机制四个方面提出解决辅导员心理健康问题的对策,以提高辅导员的工作效率,促进辅导员队伍建设的良性发展。Based on an analysis of colleges＇ counselors＇ mental health problems and the influences, this ar- ticle attempts to put forward the countermeasures from such angles as specifying responsibilities, carrying out ac- tivities, as well as establishing security mechanism and motivation mechanism so as to promote their working effi-ciency and the healthy development of counselors＇ team.
