危机事件中微博舆论的新特征及引导策略——以海南“三亚游客袭警”事件为例

摘  要:论文以海南三亚游客袭警为个案,并采用了实证的研究方法,观察微博在传播信息中所形成的新的特征:微博舆论存在"三天效应";网络纠错效果有延缓期,但效果明显;意见从非理性走向理性。同时,微博舆论对地方形象有明显的影响。因此,论文提出了针对微博舆论引导的具体策略:及时发布真相,抵消谣言的破坏;发布完整的权威信息,或引入第三方调查的结论;引入专家言论,发挥意见领袖作用;借助于主流媒体发布微博。This paper analyzes the new features of microblogs in spreading information in an empirical research manner through a case study of tourists assaulting policemen in Sanya of Hainan. As is found in the study, microb- log public opinions embrace a "three-day effect", and despite a delay phase for the result of network error correc- tion, its effect is obvious, for opinions can change from irrationality to rationality. Meanwhile, microblog public o- pinions have a clear impact on the local image. Therefore, this paper proposes some strategies for guiding microblog public opinions, namely, the timely announcement of the truth, the neutralization of rumor destruction, the release of authoritative information, or the introduction of the third-party investigation conclusion, the recommendation of expert comments and the display of opinion leaders, and the release of microblog public opinions with the aid of mainstream media.
