摘　　要：物联网等战略性新兴产业的发展,需要形成产业链构建与商业模式创新动态匹配的良性模式。物联网产业链由信息感知、网络传输和应用服务等环节构成,表现为较强的产业关联效应、模块化特征以及从"闭环式"向"开环式"发展的趋势。物联网产业的商业模式创新是联动产业链与市场应用的关键环节,创新类型有平台型、合作型、自营型、定制型。IBM"智慧交通"的案例验证了清晰的商业模式是构建产业链的关键,否则将出现产业链结构性的"阻塞"以及应用市场阶段性的"过剩或短缺"。The collaborative and dynamic pattern between the construction of industrial chain and the innova- tion of business model is very important for the development of strategic emerging industries such as IoT. The indus- trial chain of IoT consists of information sensed, communication and software applications and shows close industrial relations, modularization and the transformation from closed circle to open circle. Innovation of business model of IoT industry is the key for gration and customization. key for the construction of the market are probable to linking the industrial chain and market and has four styles： platform, coordination, inte- The case of smart communication from IBM verified that definite business model is the industrial chain, otherwise structural block in industrial chain and surplus or shortage in arise.
