摘 要:物联网等战略性新兴产业的发展,需要形成产业链构建与商业模式创新动态匹配的良性模式。物联网产业链由信息感知、网络传输和应用服务等环节构成,表现为较强的产业关联效应、模块化特征以及从"闭环式"向"开环式"发展的趋势。物联网产业的商业模式创新是联动产业链与市场应用的关键环节,创新类型有平台型、合作型、自营型、定制型。IBM"智慧交通"的案例验证了清晰的商业模式是构建产业链的关键,否则将出现产业链结构性的"阻塞"以及应用市场阶段性的"过剩或短缺"。The collaborative and dynamic pattern between the construction of industrial chain and the innova- tion of business model is very important for the development of strategic emerging industries such as IoT. The indus- trial chain of IoT consists of information sensed, communication and software applications and shows close industrial relations, modularization and the transformation from closed circle to open circle.
