摘　　要：目的建立快速同时测定银黄胶囊中黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法 HPLC等度洗脱法。色谱柱:C18柱;流动相为甲醇︰水︰磷酸(45∶55∶0.2);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:328nm;柱温:30℃。结果本法可同时测定黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量。黄芩苷在24.20μg/mL^242.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.999 2),平均回收率为99.72%;绿原酸在2.200μg/mL^44.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.63%。结论该方法操作简便,成本低,工作效率高。Objective To establish a rapid determination of silver yellow capsules of baicalin and chlorogenic acid method. Methods Simultaneous determination of baicalin and chlorogenic acid, column ： C18 column; mobile phase ： methanol ： water ： phosphoric acid （45 ： 55 ： 0.2） ; flow rate ： 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength ： 328 nm; column temperature ： 30℃. Results The simultaneous determination of baicalin and chlorogenic acid. Baicalin in within the range of 24.20 μg/mL-242.0μg/mL into a good linear relationship between peak area （ R2= 0. 999 2）, the average recovery was 99.72%; chlorogenic acid in the range of 2. 200μg/mL^44.00 μg/mL peak area as well linear relationship （ R2= 0. 999 9）, the average recovery was 99.63%. Conclusion The method is simple and increases efficiency, can be used as the determination of silver yellow capsule method.
