摘 要:通过试验测量不同节流比的非标准文丘利管在单相流和不同浓度煤粉流中的压差 ,得到文氏管相应的阻力系数ξ0 和 ξμ,同时计算出阻力比例系数Kj,分析节流比、煤粉浓度、煤种等因素对 ξμ 和Kj影响 ,得出 ξμ、Kj与影响因素的关系 ,并将 ξμ 与m。By way of testing and measuring the pressure difference in a single phase flow and pulverized coal stream of various concentrations inside a non standard Venturi tube with different throttling ratios obtained were the relevant resistance factors ξ 0 and ξμ.of the Venturi tube. Meanwhile, a resistance ratio factor kj may also be calculated. By an analysis of the influence on ξμ and Kj of such factors as throttling ratio, pulverized coal concentration and coal ranks, etc one can determine the relationship between ξμ and Kj on the one hand and the influencing factors on the other. Furthermore, the relationship between ξ on the one hand and m, μ on the other can be fitted into a relational expression.
