摘　　要：支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种慢性气道炎症性疾病,妊娠期哮喘是哮喘管理中的一种特殊情况。哮喘反复发作对妊娠可产生不良影响,甚至会对母亲和婴儿造成生命威胁。对于妊娠期合并哮喘的患者,早期就应密切观察疾病的变化状态,因而临床医师应熟悉掌握哮喘和妊娠间的相互影响及了解该病的防治策略。Asthma is a chronic inflammation of the airway. However, the asthma in pregnancy is a special case. The recurrence of asthma adversely affects pregnancy and even can be fatal to the mother and the fetal. It＇s vital to closely observe the status of asthma of the woman since early stage of pregnancy. Clinicians should have good command of the relationship between asthma and pregnancy, and also the strategy of prevention and treatment of asthma.
