摘  要:微功耗无线收发模块组成的无线传感器局域网络系统可应用于钻井现场,该系统数据可靠、实时性强,为了在现场进行推广,对其原理进行了简要介绍,并通过自行设计和开发的无线路由协议,借助自行设计的低压供电模式微功耗无线传感器,完成了信号无线高效传输,并实现了无线局域网络多采集节点之间最佳路径自由传输的数据共享,而且将无线传感器的量值网送到每个应用软件中,如无线钻井液监测报警系统软件等,形成了一个钻井现场无线局域网络应用软件包系统。介绍了无线路由协议组成的低压微功耗无线局域网络系统在现场钻井液液面参数监测系统中的设计和功能,用实例证明了该网络系统在钻井现场应用的安全可靠性,为录井设备无线数据采集系统的应用奠定了基础。它的成功应用,从某种意义上拓宽了人们从现场收集录井数据的思路,使现场无设备化成为一种可能,数据可以在生活小区灵活监测,在信号覆盖范围内,工作人员可以自由共享数据资源,无需专门布线,只需安装配套软件和配置终端接收节点,就可以完成数据共享,使钻井现场数据采集系统的应用更加灵活和方便,为下一代数据采集系统的技术革新提供了经验和依据。The wireless sensor local area network system consisting of micropower wireless transceiver module can be applied to the drilling field,the system data is reliable with stronger real-time,in order to promote in the field,its principles are briefly described.By the wireless routing protocol developing and making designs of our own,with the aid of a self-designed wireless sensor with low-voltage and micropower,the efficient wireless signal transmission was completed and data sharing with the optimal path for free transmission was achieved between acquisition nodes of wireless local area network,and measurements of the wireless sensor can be sent to each application software,such as wireless alarm system software for monitoring drilling fluid,forming an application package system of wireless local area network in drilling field.The paper introduced the design and function of the wireless local area network system with low-voltage and micropower that was made up by the wireless routing protocol in field monitoring the parameters of drilling fluid level.The case proved the safety and reliability of the network system in drilling field.It laid a foundation for the application of wireless data acquisition system of mud logging equipment.Its successful application broadened people′s ideas of collecting mud logging data from the field,so that it is possible for sites of no equipment,data can be flexibly monitored in living quarters.Within the coverage of the signal,the staff can freely share data resources with no special wiring,the data sharing can be completed by installing the supporting software and arranging the terminal receiving nodes,which make the application of drilling site data acquisition system more flexible and convenient.It provided a practical experience and evidence for the innovation in next-generation data acquisition system.
