摘  要:针对特殊工艺井综合录井存在的迟到时间难以确定、环空清洗度难以判断这两个技术难点,提出了相应的技术对策:特殊岩性法、循环法及单根峰法确定迟到时间;应用雷诺数公式编制程序,利用综合录井仪所采集参数实现实时连续监测环空钻井液流态以判断井眼环空清洗度。现场初步应用表明,使用该程序可对特殊工艺井环空钻井液流态进行实时监测,根据实时监测结果结合对岩屑中是否有掉块现象的观察,有利于对水力参数是否合理做出判断,并可建议工程方及时优化水力参数,以提高钻井液携岩能力,确保钻井液环空清洗度达到最佳状态。For two technical problems which existed in comprehensive mud logging on the non-conventional wells,that is,lag time was difficult to determine and cleaning degree of the annulus was difficult to judge,the authors put forward the corresponding technical measures that used special lithology method,circulating method and single peak method to determine lag time,Reynolds number formula to make programs and the parameters from mud logging unit to achieve realtime continuous monitoring drilling fluid flow patterns of the annulus,the borehole annulus cleaning degree can be determined.Preliminary field application showed that the program can be used to real-time monitor drilling fluid flow patterns of the annulus in non-conventional wells.According to the realtime monitoring results and the observation on the fall-blocks whether they remain in the cuttings or not,the hydraulic parameters can be judged and the paper recommended that project operators should timely optimize hydraulic parameters to improve cuttings transportation of drilling fluid and ensure that the annulus cleaning degree of drilling fluid reaches optimum.
