摘　　要：新媒体的出现给中国传媒环境带来极大的变化,媒介的转换给传媒人才带来了挑战和机遇,怎样应对传媒业发展对人才需求的变化是高校广播电视新闻学专业在人才培养上亟待解决的问题。The new media brings huge changes to Chinese Media. Meanwhile, the transformation of media brings media talents challenges and chances. The graduates majoring in radio and television journalism, as members of media talents, will be tested by media market. What radio and television journalism majors in colleges and universities should pay much attention to is how to adjust to the changes of media talent market. With the teaching experiences in radio and television journalism and the analysis of new media environment, the author of this paper tries to explore the reform of traditional training model of media talents taking radio and television journalism major as example, in order to provide referential i- deas of increasing employment of media talents in universities and broaden the students＇ developing direction.
