20例妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究观察妇产科腹部切口脂肪液化患者的临床疗效。方法选取该院2011—2013年妇产科接收治疗的腹部切口脂肪液化20例患者,随机分成两组,每组各10例。一组给予常规治疗方法,即为常规组;一组给予微波治疗方法,即为微波组。结果通过该组研究可知,微波组10例患者中,显效5例,有效4例,无效1例,其总疗效率90.0%。常规组10例患者中,显效3例,有效3例,无效4例,其总疗效率60.0%。微波组总疗效率明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微波组的治疗时间、切口术后愈合时间也明显优于常规组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用微波治疗方法,能够加速切口愈合,减少住院时长,减轻患者痛苦的同时也减少了治疗费用,使临床疗效得到显著提高,具有较高的临床应用和推广价值。Objective To study and observe the clinical curative effect of 20 cases of fat liquefaction of abdominal incision in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Methods 20 cases of patients with fat liquefaction of abdominal incision admitted in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 10 cases in each. Conventional treatment was given to one group, the routine group, and microwave treatment was given to another group, the microwave group. Results This study showed that of the 10 cases in the microwave group, 5 cases had marked effect, 4 cases effective, and 1 case ineffective, the total efficacy rate was 90.0%. Of the 10 cases in the routine group, 3 cases had marked effect, 3 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficacy rate was 60.0%. The total efficacy rate of the microwave group was much higher than that of the routine group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. The treatment time and postoperative healing time of incision of the microwave group were obviously shorter than those of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The microwave treatment method can accelerate the healing of incision, reduce hospitalization duration, relieve the suffering of the patients and reduce the cost of treatment at the same time, and improve the clinical curative effect significantly, which has high value of clinical application and popularization.
