摘　　要：海洋产业在我国经济发展过程中占有重要地位。金融危机之后,海洋产业受到较大冲击,海洋产业安全成为不得不关注的议题,也成为我国社会经济安全的重要组成部分。文章以产业安全理论为视角,通过对海洋产业安全涵义的界定,在分析我国海洋产业发展面临的风险的基础上,归纳总结了我国海洋产业安全的动静态影响因子,并据此提出契合我国海洋产业安全状态的对策建议。Marine industry plays an important role in the process of economic development in our country. After the financial crisis, marine industry has been greatly impacted. Marine industry security has been an issue of concern, and an important part of our country＇s social and economic security. This paper, based on the research industry security theory, defines the meaning of marine industry security by referencing the industry security. By analyzing the risks of marine industry development in our country as the foundation, the paper summarizes the dynamic and static factors influencing the safety of marine industry, and then according to these factors, puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion to the security of China＇s marine industry.
