摘 要:针对我国危险废物转移运输过程监管和危险废物集中处置设施管理不完善的现实问题,本研究在提出基于生命周期管理理念的危险废物物流信息管理业务流程的基础上,建立了危险废物二维码+RFID配合便携式掌机的物流信息智能化识别和采集模式、RFID远距离读卡器+高频有源RFID标签的危险废物储存库实时定位监控模式,构建了危险废物物流信息管理系统,实现了危险废物的收集、运输和处置全流程的智能化、数字化管理。该系统提高了危险废物的物流信息管理效率,有助于降低危险废物转移过程中的环境风险,具有较好的应用前景。Aiming at the problems of the lacking of supervisionduringhazardous wastes' transfer and imperfection of hazardous waste disposal facilities, based on the concept of life--cycle management, this study set up the intelligent identification and acquisition mode of logistics information by combining two--dimensional code and radio frequency identification (RFID), and the real-time location and monitoring mode by using long--distance RFID reader and high--frequency active RFID tag to establish a logistics information system for hazardous waste management.The hazardous wastes' intelligent, digital management during the whole process including collection, transportation and disposal was achieved.The system improved the efficiency of thehazardous wastelogistics information management, and helped to reduce the environmental risks during the hazardous waste transfer. Thus it showed a promising application prospect.
