摘　　要：功能性消化不良是一种临床常见的功能性胃肠病,由于发病率高,得到了越来越广泛的关注。疾病模型的建立,有助于进一步研究疾病、评价药物疗效、开发新药。功能性消化不良属于中医"痞满","胀满","胃脘痛"的范畴,在辨证论治理论指导下,运用中医药治疗本病,效果确切,因此,从中医角度研究疾病发病的生物学机制,探讨中医药的作用机理,将为本病的研究,提供新思路。文章对文献中功能性消化不良动物模型进行系统研究,研究结果将为建立中医"病证结合"动物模型提供前期基础,也为从中医角度研究疾病提供模型支持。With high morbidity rate,functional dyspepsia,a common functional gastrointestinal disorder,is getting more and more concern. Building up the model could help to do further research,evaluate the effect of the relative medicine and develop new medicine. In traditional Chinese medicine,this disease belongs to the category of piman（ distention and fullness） and weiwantong（ epigastric pain）. Under the theoretical guidance of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,treating this disease by using Chinese medicinals had a good effect. Therefore,it would provide new thought for the research of this disease to ex- plore the function mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspect of TCM. This paper carries out systematic research on functional dyspepsis model in literatures,and the research results would provide prophase foundation for establishing ＂ the combination of disease and pattern＂ in TCM,and also provide modeling support for studying diseases.
