摘  要:采用小鼠灌胃给药研究罗汉果油的药理作用。给正常小鼠灌胃给药7d后,采用小鼠游泳方法及常压耐缺氧实验,观察罗汉果油对小鼠的抗疲劳和缺氧耐力作用。给正常小鼠灌胃给药10d后,测定血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,观察罗汉果油的抗氧化作用。结果表明罗汉果油能明显延长小鼠游泳时间,并能延长常压耐缺氧时间及提高正常小鼠血清中SOD活性,降低MDA含量。罗汉果油具有明显的抗疲劳和耐缺氧,抗氧化等药理作用。To study pharmacological actions on the oil of Siraitia Grosvenorii. by methods of swimming and hypoxia toler- ance experiment on mice, which were fed of S. Grosvenorii. oil by the way of intragastric administration for 7 days. The anti-oxidation effects of S. Grosvenorii. oil were tested by the determination of superoxide dismntase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the serum of mice which were fed with S. Grosvenorii. oil by the way of intragastric administration for 10 days. The experimental results confirmed that the oil of S. Grosvenorii. could prolong the hypoxia tol- erance time with fatigue,improving hypoxia tolerance,increase the activity of SOD in serum of normal mice and reduce the content of MDA. The experimental results suggested the oil of S. Grosvenorii. had the pharmacological activities of an- ti-fatigue,hypoxia tolerance and antioxidant pharmacological effects.
