摘　　要：甲醇超声提取救必应提取物，运用紫外分光光度法对救必应总皂苷的含量进行测定。以长梗冬青苷为标准品，利用用5％香草醛-冰醋酸溶液进行显色，在562nm处检测。浓度在2．1504—6．4512μg/100mL范围内，样品浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为98．42％，RSD为1．336％（n=6）。本方法准确可靠，重现性良好，可用于救必应提取物中救必应总皂苷含量测定。In this study UV-Vis spectrometry was used to detemine the total saponins ultrasonically extracted from Ilex rotunda Thunb. extract 5% vanilla aldehyde--icy vinegar acid solution was used for coloring, the UV-Vis detection wave length was at 562 nm. Good linear relationship of absorbency versus concentration was obtained within 2. 1504-6.4512 μg/100 mL,the average recovery rate was 98.42% , RSD is 1. 336% （n = 6 ）. The method was reliable, accurate and suitable for determining the content of total saponins in Ilex rotunda Thunb. extract.
