摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法,分别对鼓风干燥、真空干燥和喷雾干燥3种干燥方法所得浸膏粉中异牡荆苷的含量进行测定,以异牡荆苷损失量评定其干燥方法,筛选适于藏药菥萁提取物的干燥方法。结果表明,鼓风、真空和喷雾干燥所得浸膏粉中异牡荆苷的损失量分别为:1.48、1.47和0.75mg/g。提示喷雾干燥对藏药菥萁提取物中异牡荆苷含量的影响较小,是适合菥萁提取物的干燥方法。To select suitable drying method for Tibetan medicine Thlaspi arvense L. extract, HPLC method was adopted to determine the isovitexin content of it from three drying methods, which were air drying, vacuum drying and spray drying. The result showed that the lose of isovitexin of extract powder which got from air drying,vacuum drying and spray drying respectively were 1.48,1.47 and 0.75 mg/g. It prompted that effect on isovitexin content of Tibetan medicine Thlaspi arvense L. extract of spray drying was less,it was suitable for Tibetan medicine Thlaspi arvense L extract.
