摘　　要：裸花紫珠成分复杂，主要含有萜类、黄酮类、苯乙醇苷类等成分。其药理作用广泛，主要表现在止血镇痛、抗菌消炎等方面的作用。目前国内外对裸花紫珠的研究较少。综述国内外对于裸花紫珠的化学成分、药理活性和临床应用的研究成果，以便于更深入的研究和更广泛的应用。Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn with so many pharmacological functions, because its pharmacological ingre- dient rich. So far, various chemical compositions have been reported, which mainly include the terpenoids, flavonoids, phenylethanoid glycosides and so on, and some of the active compounds have been researched theirs pharmacological mechanism. The medicinal functions of Callicarpa nudiflora aroused wide attention of scholars at home and abroad. Now Chemical Constituents,Pharmacological Effects and Clinical applications of Callicarpa nudiflora were review in this pa- per, so as to further research and more extensive application.
