摘　　要：灵芝是名贵中药材，也是国内外研究的热点药材之一。近年来，对于灵芝属的研究报道越来越多，不断有结构新颖的化合物从灵芝属真菌中被发现。本文在对所有灵芝属相关文献整理的基础上，对其化学成分进行概述，并着重对2000~2010年所报道的三萜类化合物进行叙述。Ganoderma lucidum is famous traditional Chinese medicine and now is a hot topic. Recent years, more and more new compounds are discovered from genus Ganoderma. Until 2010, about 283 compounds had been reported. The present review focuses on the chemical constituents of genus Ganoderma based on the related literature. The compounds reported during the years of 2000 to 2010 are described in detail.
