竹节参皂苷药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：竹节参被认为兼具人参补气和三七活血的作用。皂苷是竹节参中主要活性成分，竹节参皂苷具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、心血管保护、抗病毒、抗炎、调节免疫、保肝、神经系统保护等药理学作用。竹节参所含皂苷的药理作用与竹节参的功效密切相关，进一步研究竹节参皂苷的性质是研究开发竹节参的重要内容。Panax japonicus was both endowed with the properties of tonifying Qi of ginseng and promoting blood circula- tion of Panax notoginseng. Saponins, main active components in panx japonicus, possesed the pharmacologic actions of antioxidation, anti-tumor, cardiovascular-protection, anti-viral, anti-inflammation, immtmo-regulation, liver-protection, nervous system protection and so on. The pharmacologic effects of chikusetsusaponin are related to functions of Panax ja- ponicus, therefore to investigate eharaeteration of chikusetsusaponin further is important contents of exploration Panax japonicus.
