摘  要:四川民族地区高校高学历高职称人才流失问题严重,已给高校和民族地区的发展带来很多负面影响。稳定四川民族地区高校高学历高职称人才队伍,需从以下方面着手:更新理念,变区位劣势为区位特色;内培外引,建立稳定的高学历高职称人才队伍;改善办学条件,吸引高学历高职称人才安心工作;严格管理,避免高学历高职称人才随意流动。Brain drain of highly-educated personnel or high professional titled personnel in Sichuan ethnic areas has been a serious question. This phenomenon has posed many negative effects to the development of ethic areas and higher education institutes. In order to stabilized the team-scale of highly- educated personnel or high professional titled personnel ,we need to take measures as follows: Rene vote our theory and change regional backwardness into regional characteristics; foster the strength inward and attract talents outward; construct a stabilized team of highly- educated personnel or high professional titled personnel ; improve the teaching condition and assure the highly- educated or high professional titled personnel a well-off working standard; scrutinize strictly and avoid the random flow of highly- educated personnel or high professional titled personnel.
