定向运动在高校发展现状调查与对策研究

摘　　要：通过调查分析发现,目前定向运动在高校体育中开展存在问题。结果表明:区域间、学校间发展不平衡;普及与提高不平衡;发展模式体系尚待构建;师资队伍薄弱;场地、器材缺乏等。为此提出针对性建议:转变观念,推动定向运动存在高校普及;加大政策扶持力度,提供持续发展的环境;建立以定向训练队、定向课程、社团定向协会组织活动的多元化发展模式。Through research and analysis, we find that there are problems with the development of directional movement in high schools. The result of the survey shows： there is unequalization in the development between different regions and schools; there is much difference between popularizing and improvement of the event; the developing mode system is yet to be built; there are also problems such as shortage of teachers, play ground and facilities, etc. Thus this paper suggests： change ideas to promote the spreading of the event in high schools; taking strong supporting measures to provide an enviornment for sustainable development; set up professional teams, courses and organize more directional movement activities.
