摘 要:通过动电位扫描、交流阻抗(EIS)和扫描电镜(SEM)等电化学技术和表面分析,研究乙酸对P110油管钢在H2S环境中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,当H2S溶液中不含乙酸时,P110油管钢表面可形成1层平整致密的FeS1-X(mackinawite)腐蚀产物膜,这层膜对基体的保护作用比较强,使P110钢只发生轻微的点蚀;加入乙酸后,腐蚀产物的成分没有发生变化,但由于乙酸的溶解作用使膜变得疏松多孔,对基体的保护作用变差,腐蚀速率增大,P110钢发生较严重的均匀腐蚀,但仍有点蚀现象。乙酸的加入对阴极反应和阳极反应均有加速作用,但对阴极反应的影响较大。The effect of acetic acid on H2S corrosion behaviors of P110 oil tube steel was investigated using electrochemistry and surface analysis, such as dynamic potential scanning, AC impedance and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that in the absence of acetic acid a fairly dense layer of FeS (mackinawite) corrosion film is formed on the P110 steel surface, which has a preferable protectiveness, and the corrosion behaviour of P110 steel is slight pitting. With addition of acetic acid, the composition of corrosion film is not changed, but there are more pores and flaws on the corrosion film, the protectiveness of the corrosion film decreases and thus the corrosion rate increases, and the corrosion form is servere uniform corrosion. In addition, the addition of acetic acid can enhanced both the cathodic and anodic reactions with a more pronounced effect on the cathodic reactions.
