摘  要:采用溶剂热法制备ITO(铟锡氧化物)粉末,利用X 射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜、透射电镜和直流数字电阻测试仪,研究反应温度和反应时间对ITO粉末物相、形貌和电导率的影响。结果表明:所得ITO粉末具有立方铁锰矿晶体结构,晶粒尺寸为15~20 nm;随反应时间延长,ITO粉末的形貌从多孔纳米片转变为纳米棒;随反应温度升高,粉末形貌有“颗粒→空心管状→棒状结构”的演变规律,所以通过改变溶剂热反应温度,可制备尺寸和形貌可控的ITO粉末。随反应温度升高或反应时间延长,ITO粉末的电导率呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,其中在180℃下反应15 h所得类球状且分散较均匀的ITO粉末,其电导率最大,为162.6 mS/cm。The ITO (indium tin oxide) powders were prepared by a facile solvothermal route. The phase, morphology and electric conductivity were characterized by X-ray diffraction analyzer (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and DC digital resistance tester, respectively;the effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the phase, morphology and electric conductivity of ITO powders were studied. The results show that, the powders have cubic bixbyite crystal structure and the grain size are 15~20 nm. With increasing reaction time, the morphologies of the powders evolve gradually from porous plates to rods. While increasing the reaction temperature, the morphology of the powders evolve gradually from grain to hollow tubes, then to rods. The size and morphology-controllable ITO powders can be prepared by varying solvothermal reaction temperature. With increasing reaction temperature and time, the electric conductivity decreases first and then increases;the powders whose morphology is uniformly dispersed spherical particles have the maximum electric conductivity of 162.6 mS/cm.
