摘　　要：探讨了小比例色纺纱的生产技术要点。针对小比例色纺纱经常出现的色差、色结等质量问题,对原料选配、混色方法选择、工艺设计原则、生产管理等方面提出了控制措施和生产建议。在生产中,选用细度适中、成熟度好的原棉及色度稳定、回潮率适当的化纤,采用卷混法改善混色不匀,优化各道工序的工艺,做好清洁、隔离防护及质量检测工作,减少了产生色差的可能性,降低了色结,提高了小比例色纺纱的外观质量。This paper discusses production technical points of small-proportion colored spunyarn and puts forward control measures and makes production suggestions with respect to raw material selection, blending method selection, process design principles and productionmanagement in allusion to quality problems of small-proportion colored spun yarn such as color difference and color knot. In the production, raw cotton with appropriate fineness and good maturity and chemical fiber with stable chroma and proper moisture regain are used.Uneven color mixing is improved with roll mixing method, each process is cleaning, isolation, protection and quality detection work is conducted well, the possibility of producing color difference, reducing color knot and appearance quality of small-proportion color-spun yarn. optimized and thus reducing improving the
