摘　　要：研究探讨了莫代尔/麻/棉麻灰纱的生产工艺。通过配色分析、打样,选定各组分原料比例;采用人工混棉,确保各组分纤维混合均匀,色差小;根据原料特性,合理配置各工序工艺参数;在各工序生产过程中,优选专纺器材,配置合理的上车工艺,加强温湿度管理,并对运转操作方法进行合理改进,最终生产出色泽、品质优良,客户满意的Modal/Li/JC70/15/15 9.8tex麻灰纱,并有望为企业实现较高的经济效益。This research discusses the production process of Modal/linen/ramie cotton greyyarn; designates the proportion of each constituent raw material through color matching analysis and design drawing; uses artificial cotton blending to ensure even blending of each constituent fiber and small aberration; reasonably specifies technological parameters of each process according to characteristics of raw material; gives preference to professional spinning equipment, specifies reasonable boarding process and strengthens temperature and humidity management in the production process of each working procedure; reasonably improves the running operation method and finally produces Modal/Li/JCTO/15/15 9.8rex grey linen yarn with good color, lustre and quality and customer satisfaction which is expected to realize high economic benefit for the enterprise.
