服装面料经二重织物开发的探讨

摘　　要：文章介绍了棉、竹节纱、涤纶长丝交织的经二重织物。以(JC18.2/2tex+DTY33.3tex)×(JC36.4tex竹节纱+DTY33.3tex)具体产品为例,阐述生产该品种时对经纱、纬纱的准备及技术要求,设计时的注意事项,织造时上机要点及主要技术指标。整经、浆纱方面的技术要求,及针对出现纬停多时,采取的主要措施。竹节纱在经二重织物中的应用,面料风格与粗布风格近似,纱线粗细不匀,有很强的立体感,满足人们追求自然、古朴的风格。This paper introduces warp backed fabrics of cotton, slub yarn and polyester filament interweaving, takes （JC18. 2/2 rex ＋DTY33. 3 rex） X （ JC 36.4 rex slub yarn＋ DTY33. 3 tex） specific product for example and describes the preparation of warp yarn and weft yarn and their technical requirements during the production of this variety, matters needing attention in design, key points during weaving and main technical indicators, technical requirements in warping and sizing, and main measures to be taken in the case of frequent weft stop. In terms of the application of slub yarn in warp backed weave, the fabric style and course cloth style is similar, the thickness of yarn is uneven and it has a strong stereoscopic sensation and meets the pursuit of people for nature and simpleness.
