摘　　要：本文通过构建宗族网络作用于农户迁移选择的模型,以农业部的固定观察点调查和中国经济研究中心的补充调查数据为基础,考察了宗族网络对村庄内部收入分配的影响。结果发现,宗族网络对缓解村庄内部的收入差距的扩大具有显著的正向作用。也就是说,相比没有祠堂或家谱的村庄,农户可支配收入的基尼系数在有祠堂或家谱的村庄中更低。这种影响主要体现在宗族网络对低收入群农户劳动力流动的促进作用,使得他们从宗族网络中获益更多。我们还发现,随着改革开放进程的加快,宗族网络对缩小收入差距所发挥的作用将越来越明显。这表明,宗族网络作为一种非正式制度对农村正式制度的发展起到了互补作用。By the use of the construction of the model in which the lineage network(LN) can play a role in the selection ofthe migration of farmers from rural to urban areas, and based on the data collected through the investigation of the Na-tional Fixed-point Survey of the Agricultural Department of China and on the data of the supplementary investigationof China Center for Economic Research, we have investigated the impact of the LN on the distribution of the internalincome in the village. By the results of our study, we have discovered that the LN has obvious positive function on thealleviation of the expansion of the income gap within the village. That is to say, compared with villagers in the villageswithout the ancestral temple or the genealogy, the Gini coefficient of the disposable income of villagers living in the vil-lage with the ancestral temple or the genealogy is still lower. This impact is embodied mainly in the promoting functionof the LN on the flow of the labor force of the farmers with low income, making them obtain more gain from the LN.We have also discovered that, with the quickening of the process of the reform and the opening to the outside world,the role played by the LN in narrowing the income gap will be more and more noticeable. This shows that the LN as akind of informal system has had a complementary role in the development of formal system in the village.
