摘　　要：目的了解新疆喀什人源型利什曼病流行区人群的免疫状况，为当地开展内脏利什曼病的防治工作提供参考信息。方法选择喀什市利什曼病发病率较高的3个大队为调查点，入户调查时，除老人与〈2岁婴幼JL#b，户内成员均开展利什曼素皮内试验（LDT）。要求人户皮试数不得低于该小队总户数的50％。记录皮试者的年龄、性别、文化程度及患病情况。运用SPSS13．0软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果LDT总计人数1126人，阳性人数435人，阳性率为38．63％（435／1126）。皮试阳性率与年龄有密切关系（X2=34．29，P〈0．05），皮试阳性率随年龄的增加有逐渐增高的趋势。结论随着年龄的增加，人群的免疫水平增加。低年龄组人群的免疫人口所占比例较低，应重点加强低年龄组人群的监测和防治力度。Objective To investigate the immunity status and distribution characteristics of visceral leishmaniasis in Kashgar, and to provide a useful information for prevention and control of the disease in the local area. Methods A total of 21 endemic villages from 3 groups with higher incidence of visceral leishmaniasis were selected as pilot study spots, household surveys all residents, get rid of the old man and the infants and young children under 2 years, and leishmanin dermal test（LDT） was applied. Number of the household surveys shall not be less than 50% of the total person numbers of the survey village. Record the participants＇ age, gender, culture degree and the medical history. Survey results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 13.0. Results A total of 1 126 people were tested by LDT, and the positive number was 435; the positive rate was 38.63% （435/1 126）. Skin test positive rate was closely related with age （X2 = 34.29, P 〈 0.05）. The higher the age was, the higher the positive rate was. Conclusions Immunity status is related with age. With increasing age, the level of population immunity is increased. Potential outbreak exists in low age group with lower immunity level. Thus, monitoring, prevention and control efforts should be strengthened in lower age group.
