摘　　要：目的:探讨阿魏酸钠对糖尿病大鼠造影剂肾病的保护作用。方法:建立单侧肾切除糖尿病大鼠模型,模型建立2周后分为4组:正常对照组(C组)、糖尿病组(DM组)、糖尿病造影剂组(CM组)、阿魏酸钠干预组(SF组),每组各8只。SF组及CM组给予76%泛影葡胺(3gI/kg)干预建立造影剂肾损害模型,SF组在给予造影剂前2d、当日和后1d给予阿魏酸钠干预。测定注射造影剂后72h血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)和胱抑素C(Cys C);测定肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性;HE染色观察肾脏病理改变并进行肾小管损伤半定量评分。结果:阿魏酸钠能改善糖尿病大鼠使用造影剂后的肾功能下降,减轻肾脏病理损害。与糖尿病造影剂组相比,阿魏酸钠干预组肾组织MDA值较低,而SOD及CAT活性较高,差异有统计学意义。结论:阿魏酸钠可能通过抗氧化应激机制改善糖尿病大鼠使用造影剂后出现的肾损伤,起到肾脏保护作用。Objective： To observe the protective effects of sodium ferulate on contrast-induced nephropa- thy in diabetic rats. Methods. Uninephrectomized diabetic rat model was established at first. Two weeks later, thirty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group （C group）, diabetic group （DM group）, contrast-induced nephropathy group （CM group）, and sodi- um ferulate intervention group （SF group）. SF group and CM group were treated with 76% diat- rizoate （3 gI/kg） to establish the contrast agent nephropathy rat model. The rats of SF group were given with sodium ferulate. Three days after injection of contrast medium, the changes of nitrogen （BUN）, creatinine （Scr）, and cystatin C in serum, malondialdehyde （MDA）, the levels of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, and hydrogen peroxide eatalase （CAT） in renal tissue, and renal pathology were observed in each group. Results.. Sodium ferulate could improve renal function of diabetic rats injected with diatrizoate and reduce the renal pathological damage. Compared with CM group, sodium ferulate intervention group had higher levels of MDA and lower levels of SOD and CAT, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion. Sodium ferulate could improve the renal damage caused by diatrizoate through antioxidant stress mechanism and play the protec- tive role of kidney.
