氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析复方制剂氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年原发性高血压(EH)的疗效。方法轻中度老年EH患者89例,予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片口服,每片含5mg氨氯地平和10mg阿托伐他汀钙,每日1片,治疗12个月。观察治疗前后血压变异性(BPV)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及相关生化指标变化。结果治疗后,老年EH患者BPV指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),血压达标率为75.3%(67/89),IMT小于治疗前[(1.00±0.19)mm vs.(1.07±0.16)mm](P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于治疗前[(1.93±0.87)mmol/L vs.(3.23±1.42)mmol/L](P<0.05),胆固醇低于治疗前[(3.21±0.88)mmol/L vs.(4.85±1.01)mmol/L](P<0.01)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙可有效降低老年EH患者BPV和血脂,减少IMT。Objective To analyze the efficacy of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets（ABACT） in treating elderly patients with essential hypertension（EH）. Methods Eighty-nine elderly patients with mild and moderate EH were orally treated with one tablet（amlodipine besylate 5 mg and atorvastatin calcium 10 mg） of ABACT per day for twelve months. Blood pressure variability （BVP）, intima-media thickness（IMT） and related biochemical indicators were measured before and after treatment. Results All indicators of BVP after treatment were lower than those before（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. The control rate of blood pressure was 75.3%. IMT after treatment was thinner than that before[（1.00±0. 19） mm vs. （1.07±0. 16） mini（P〈0. 05）. Low density lipoprotein cholesterol and cholesterol after treatment were lower than those before treatment [（1.93 ± 0. 87） mmol/L vs. （3.23±1.42） mmol/L and （3.21±0.88） mmol/L vs. （4.85± 1.01） mmol/L]（P（0.05 or P（0. 01）. Conclusion ABACT is safe and effective in reducing BPV, blood lipid and IMT in elderly patients with EH.
