摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管硬镜钬激光治疗输尿管肉芽包裹性结石的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析138例应用输尿管硬镜钬激光治疗的肉芽包裹性结石患者资料,分析输尿管硬镜钬激光治疗输尿管肉芽包裹性结石的成功率和安全性。结果手术时间25-70min。110例输尿管镜下钬激光碎石成功,112例完全切除肉芽,无术后严重出血、穿孔、感染性休克等并发症。4例改开放手术,24例术后再行体外冲击波碎石术治疗。结论输尿管硬镜钬激光治疗输尿管肉芽包裹性结石是安全、有效、微创。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of ureteroscope with holmium laser in the treatment of polyps package of ureteral calculi. Methods Data of 138 cases with polyps package of ureteral calculi were retrospectively analyzed, who were treated with holmium laser via ureteroscope. The efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results The operation time was 25-70 min. Of 138 cases, 110 cases had successful lithotripsy, 112 cases got successful treatment of polyps, and there were no serious complications of bleeding, perforation and septic shock. The open surgery was taken in 6 patients, 24 cases received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy after operation. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is effective, miniinvasive and safe in the treatment of polyps package of ureteral calculi.
