摘　　要：介绍了汽轮机中压缸启动方式的优点,并对中压缸启动机组正确的切缸方法进行分析和总结,以保证切缸过程的安全和稳定,从而保障机组的安全运行。The advantages of intermediate pressure （IP） cylinder start-up mode of steam turbines were introduced and corresponding correct cylinder switching methods were analyzed and summarized, so as to guarantee the safety and stability of relevant cylinder switching processes and therefore secure the safety of the whole unit.
