摘　　要：介绍了一种自动检测轴承钢球直径,并按直径分选归类的装置,其采用电感传感器智能测试系统和牵引电磁铁装置,实现了对钢球直径测量和分选工作的自动化,对该装置的机械控制部分和PLC控制系统进行了详细分析。A kind of device is introduced, which can automatically detect the diameter of steel balls of bearings and sort them. The inductive transducer intelligent measuring system and traction electromagnet device are adopted, and the measurement of diameter for steel balls and sorting work are automated. The mechanical control parts and PLC control system for the device are analyzed in detail.
