摘　　要：针对滚针轴承制造中滚针与保持架组件的自动装配问题,对滚针自动上料与有序排列、自动安装机构设计及其关键参数确定等进行了分析研究,在此基础上设计了滚针自动装配机械和控制系统,解决了罗拉轴承批量制造中的滚针自动装配问题。Concentrating on the automatic assembly problems about the needle roller and cage assembly in bearing man- ufacturing process, the needle roller automatic feeding and orderly arrangement, automatic installation mechanism de- sign and critical parameters determination are analyzed and researched. On this basis, the automatic assembly mechani- cal and control system are designed, solving the automatic assembly problems of needle roller in mass production of roll- er bearings.
