摘 要:从来自浙江省多个柑桔种植区的58份具有酸腐病状的柑桔果实样本上,分离得到6株致病真菌。致病力检测结果表明,G50菌株致病力最强,对桩柑果实有伤接种茵悬液后6天即致全果腐烂。6株真菌的ITS序列已在GenBank中登录,登录号为JQ425846-JQ425851,其中5株菌与GenBank中的AF411060茵株的相似度〉94%。基于核糖体DNA-ITS的系统发育分析表明,G10与G27距离最近,6株分离菌株与GenBank中的AF411060、HM999937聚在同一分支上,均为酸腐菌Geotrichumcirri—aurantii。In this study, six pathogenic fungi were isolated from the surface of rotten citrus fruits. The plant test revealed that G50 strain had the strongest pathogenicity. The fruits were completely rotten after 6days from inoculation of GS0. The rDNA-ITS sequences of 6 fungi have been submitted to GenBank (GenBank accession number: JQ425846 - JQ425851). Blast analysis showed 〉94% identity among them. Phylogenetic tree was constructed with Mega 5.0 software. The results indicated that G10 was mostly close to G27. Those six strains were grouped together with AF411060 and HM999937, and all of them were termed as Geotrichum citri-aurantii.
