摘  要:研究了聚-γ-谷氨酸(PGA)肥料增效剂对藤稔葡萄外观和内质的影响。结果表明,经PGA50、100和200mg/L等3种浓度分别进行两次灌根处理,藤稔葡萄的纵、横径有了明显增长,其中200mg/L处理使果实纵径呈显著性增长,与对照(清水)相比增幅为7.7%;200mg/L处理使果实可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性蛋白含量呈极显著性增长,比对照(清水)分别增加11.4%、60.7%和28.7%。同时就聚-γ-谷氨酸处理藤稔葡萄后,对其可食率、果肉中的可滴定酸、还原糖和果皮中单宁含量的变化规律作了分析。综合考虑,选用PGA 200mg/L灌根处理藤稔葡萄,可改善其果实品质和着色质量,促进表皮果粉的积累。The effects of poly-γ-glutamic acid (PGA) on the appearance and quality of Fujiminori grape fruits were investigated. The results indicated that both the transverse and vertical diameters of berry fruit were obviously increased by two times consecutively applying PGA of 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L to the roots. The vertical diameter of berry fruits treated with 200 mg/L of PGA was significantly increased by 7. 7% compared with control. The content of soluble solids, vitamin C and soluble protein treated with 200 mg/L of PGA showed highly significant increasing by 11.4%,60. 7% and 28. 7%, respectively. In addition, the edible rate, the content of titratable acid, reducing sugar and tannic acid in peel were analyzed. The overall results suggested that application of 200 mg/L PGA was the optimal treatment for Fujiminori grape. It improved the berry quality, the fruit color and the accumulation of the wax on fruit peel.
