摘　　要：我国国有经济对国民经济的整体影响能力和控制能力并未显著下降,甚至在一些行业内,国有企业的控制力反而有所提升。推动我国经济健康发展,在充分发挥市场机制作用的同时,要继续积极推动国有经济战略布局的调整,不断增加国家对经济的控制力;发挥国有经济的比较优势,带动我国产业结构不断升级;全面评估国有经济对我国经济社会发展的意义,制定国有经济改革路线图;充分发挥国有经济熨平经济周期的作用。The effectiveness and controlling power of state-owned economy over the Chinese national economy did not decrease apparently. Furthermore, in some industries, the controlling power of state-owned enterprises has improved otherwise. To promoting the healthy development of China＇s economy, we should give full play to the role of market mechanism, and meanwhile, keep actively promoting the adjustment of the strategic layout of state-owned economy and increasing the controlling power of the state-owned economy, give full play to the comparative advantage of the state-owned economy and push forward the upgrading of China＇s industry structure, comprehensively evaluate the significance of the state-owned economy on China＇s economic and social development and set up reform roadmap of the state-owned economy, and give full play to the state-owned economy ironing economic cycle.
