摘 要:通过扫描电镜、电化学极化曲线测量和划痕试验,研究了镀液中锡泥质量浓度对镀锡板表面状态、耐蚀性、结合力等性能的影响。结果表明,镀液中的锡泥含量对镀锡板的性能有很大影响。随镀液中锡泥质量浓度的增大,镀锡板表面逐渐出现白点并增大,锡层晶粒也逐渐变大。与从高浓度锡泥镀液中制备的镀锡板相比,从低浓度锡泥镀液中制备的镀锡板耐蚀性和结合力都较好。实际生产中应控制镀液中锡泥的质量浓度小于10 g/L。The effect of tin sludge content on the surface state, corrosion resistance, and adhesion strength of tin- plated steel was studied by scanning electron microscopy, electrochemical polymerization curve measurement, and scratch test. The results showed that the content of tin sludge in plating bath has a great effect on the properties of tin- plated steel. White spots are formed on tin-plated steel surface and become large as well as the crystalline grain of tin coating grow bigger with increasing tin s!udge content in plating bath. The tin-plated steel prepared from a bath with low tin sludge content has better corrosion resistance and stronger adhesion than that with a high tin sludge content. The mass concentration of tin sludge in plating bath should be controlled below 10 g/L in practical production.
