摘　　要：科学评价期刊影响力是提升期刊质量的重要途径。运用主成分分析法对评价指标进行筛选,结合可拓学思想和信息熵基本原理,构建基于熵权可拓决策的期刊影响力评价模型,并就18种图书情报类CSSCI来源期刊(2010-2011)进行实证研究。结果表明:由于指标间存在共线性,基于上述模型的期刊排序与来源期刊排序存在一定偏差;同时,即年指标、总被引频次、影响因子和引用刊数对期刊影响力贡献较大,权重依次为:0.4779、0.1949、0.1292和0.1258。Scientifically evaluating the journals influence is an important way to improve the journals qual- ity. The paper uses the evaluation index of PCA to select, combines extensional idea and the basic princi- ple of information entropy to construct the journals influence evaluation model on the basis of entro- py-weight extension and decision, and makes the empirical study according to 18 CSSCI source journals （2010-2011） of library and information. The results show that there are some deviations between the jour- nals ranks of above-mentioned model and source journal ranks, and the immediacy index, total cited fre- quency, influence factor and cited number have made greater contribution on the journals influence, their priority order is 0.4779, 0.1949, 0.1292 and 0.1258.
