摘　　要：针对目前企业竞争情报危机预警方法存在的不足之处,全面总结与论述企业竞争情报危机预警信息分析方法。对企业竞争情报危机预警信息分析方法进行总体述评,并分别论述SWOT分析、情景分析、财务报表与比率分析、信号分析和战争游戏5种信息分析方法,最后,对5中企业竞争情报危机预警信息分析方法进行总结,得出研究结论。This paper mainly discusses all the information analysis methods of enterprise competitive intelligence crisis early warning. Firstly, it summarises the information analysis methods of enterprise com- petitive intelligence crisis early warning briefly. Next, it discusses the SWOT, Scenario Analysis, Financial statements and ratio analysis, Signal analysis and War Game respectively. At last, it summarises all the five methods and the text, and deduces the conclusion.
