摘　　要：对于无法获取外来MARC数据的电子资源,图书馆可利用Excel和元数据处理工具自行创建MARC数据,完成批量编目工作。阐述了开展批量编目的工作流程、在Excel中整理修改数据的技巧和元数据处理工具的功能;讨论了检查并修改数据、撰写数据处理文档、与数据库商沟通的重要性以及馆员技能提升等问题。Library sometimes cannot get MARC data of electronic resources, and using Excel and Metadata Processing Tool to create MARC data is a feasible solution. The batch cataloging workflow, the skills of using Excel to modify information about electronic resources and the function of the Metadata Processing Tool are elaborated in the paper, which also discusses the necessity of reviewing and modifying records, writing down processing scheme, communicating with database vendors, and improving librarians＇ skills.
