慢性中耳炎真菌感染的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的 :提高对真菌感染引起的慢性化脓性中耳炎的诊断与治疗水平。方法 :应用自制鼓室冲洗器冲洗鼓室 ,干净后向鼓室内喷入制霉菌素强的松粉。结果 :8例治愈 6例 ,有效 2例 ,有效率 10 0 % ,纯音测听示听力提高 5～ 15dB。结论 :对有较长时间慢性中耳化脓病史 ,本次发作以耳痒及流黄水为特点 ,应用抗生素不能干耳 ,鼓膜中等或大穿孔的患者 ,要考虑真菌感染 ,治疗时抗真菌药物应进入中耳。Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment to the chronic otitis media infected by epiphyte.Methods:To wash tympanum with drum washer developed by authors after the middle ear was washed cleanlily and dry,the powder of prednisone of mildew element can be spraied into the middle ear.Result:Six cases were cured and two cases were treated effectively.The audition was all improved by 5～15dB by pure tone test.Conclusion:The otitis media patient who have a long history of festering and itching with yellow liquid when paroxysming must be considered to be infected by epiphyte,if the yellow liquid can not be kept cleanlily with antibiotics and the middle or big perforation is finded in eardrum.The anti epiphyte medicine must be spraied into the middle ear in treatment.
