摘　　要：民间私人公益图书馆是一个真正的知识交流平台,它真正弥合了信息鸿沟,让大家获得普遍均等的服务,从而真正享受公共文化发展成果。它的优势显而易见,而当前面临的困境也不断凸显,如何走出困境,找到出路,必须推进立法,成立公益图书馆联盟及健全保险机制;加强宣传,建立志愿者帮扶机制;因地制宜,构建区域性帮扶机制;保障经费,形成多元投入机制。Private public library is a true platform for knowledge exchange, which bridges the information gap, enables universal and equal services for everyone and thus access to public cultural developments. Its advantage is obvious, so is the difficulty it is now facing. The paper proposes improved legislation, the foundation of alliance, perfection of volunteering mechanism, the construction of regional support system and diverse funding channels.
