摘 要:某转管机枪由于阻力矩大,结构复杂,在射击试验射击频率难以达到设计指标,结构改进时难以抓住制约射频的主要问题,为了了解机枪射击时的阻力来源,优化机枪的结构参数使射频达到预定目标,根据机构动力学、气体动力学与轻武器设计理论,建立了内能源转管机枪的动力学模型。模型通过建立转管机枪导气室的气体微分方程组及机枪的运动微分方程,对导气室的各结构尺寸进行了参数化设计分析,得到了导气室各结构参数变化时,射击频率与导气室压力峰值的变化规律。利用Adams软件进行仿真,结果表明,该模型可以较好地反映机枪的运动特性,找出了提升与抑制机枪射频的主要因素,为转管机枪优化射击频率提供了改进方向。Because of the large resistance moment and complex structure, it is difficult for certain Gatling machine gun shooting trial firing rate to achieve its design specifications, and it is difficult to seize the main problem which re~ stricts the firing rate in the Structure improvement. In order to get the source of fire resistance, we optimized the structural parameters and achieved intended target of firing rate. Based on institutions dynamics, gas dynamics and light arms design theory, the adams-based dynamic model of the inner energy Gatling machine gun was established. Through the establishment of differential equations of gas chamber and motion, parametric design and analysis of vari- ous structural dimensions of the gas chamber were carried out, and the vibration of firing rate and presure peaks were obtained when the parameters of the gas chamber changed. The direction to optimize the structural parameters of the gas chamber was given, and the main source of resistance moment of the inner energy Gatling machine gun during the firing process was explored. The calculation results show that the model can well reflect the movement characteristics of the machine gun, and the main factors to enhance or inhibition the firing rate of machine guns were identified, which provides the direction to achieve the predetermined firing frequence of Gatling machine guns.
