摘  要:丙烯酸甲酯精制单元中的精馏塔的动态特性进行研究。在精馏过程中,丙烯酸甲酯和水、丙烯酸甲酯和甲醇两两形成共沸物,从塔顶蒸馏出去。为了研究精馏塔的内部特性,采用METSH方程,分别对共沸精馏塔建立了稳态和动态的数学机理模型。并对模型进行合理简化,达到快速计算的要求。针对实际工厂中可能出现的雾沫夹带和漏液这两种异常工况,建立了符合实际情况的塔板效率方程。从稳态模型的仿真结果可以看到精馏塔内部各个点的参数,从动态模型的结果可以看到精馏塔内各个操作参数的动态变化趋势。仿真结果可以证明稳动态数学机理模型的准确性。Study the dynamic characteristics of methyl acrylate refining unit distillation column. In the distillation process, the methyl acrylate and water, methyl acrylate and methanol form an azeotropic system in the refining unit distillation column. They are distilled out from the top of the tower. In order to study the internal characteristics of the distillation column, METSH equations were used to establish a mechanistic model of steady-state and dynamic mathe- matical. The mathematical model was simplified to complete the fast calculation. For the two abnormal conditions, the entrainment and leakage that may occur in the actual plant, established the tray efficiency equation in line with the actual situation. We can see the point of the distillation column within the parameters from the simulation results steady-state model, and dynamic changes in various operating parameters of the fractionators from the results of the dynamic model. The final results of the simulation can prove the accuracy of the model for the stable dynamic mathe- matical mechanism.
