摘　　要：本文对中国工业经济学会2013年年会暨"深化经济体制改革与转变经济发展方式"研讨会的主要观点进行了总结,研讨会集中就转变经济发展方式的体制与机制、产业结构转型与升级、技术创新与战略性新兴产业发展、政府管制与反垄断等问题进行了深入的探讨,反映了产业经济学理论研究的新进展,提出了诸多新的政策思路。China Industrial Economic Association holds the annual meeting in 2013, the theme of the meeting is ＂deepen economic reforming and transform the way of economic development＂. The conference had a deeply discussion on transform the way of economic development, industrial structure upgrading, strategic emerging industries development and technology innovation, reforming of government regulation. Those points reflect the new development of industrial economics and policy.
