摘  要:针对目前甲烷监测系统可靠性不高,介绍了一种低成本、低功耗的装有甲烷传感器的无线传感器网络替代传统的有线监控系统,从而更经济更高效地监测煤矿中的甲烷突出;无线传感器网络通过井下终端节点监测甲烷浓度的变化,给地面监控中心提供早期预警信号,使煤矿安全人员能及时发出命令来快速疏散在井下高危险区域作业的矿工,减少损失;重点提出了通过使用低功耗器件、发送最优数量的采样数据以及自动切换传感器节点工作状态来实现甲烷监测系统的功率优化,试验分析发现终端节点功耗可降低至1/4~1/2,通信距离可增加3倍左右,将会有很好的市场效应。Aiming at methane monitoring system reliability is not high, this paper introduces a low cost, low power consumption of wire less sensor network with methane sensor to replace the traditional wired monitor and control system, which will monitor methane in coal mine more economical and efficient. WSN monitors the change of methane concentration by underground terminal nodes and provides early warning signal for ground monitoring center, which can make the coal mine safety personnel prompt to issue an order to evacuate miners who are working in high danger zone of mine quickly and reduce the loss. Particularly, power optimization for methane monitoring system can be re alized by means of using low power components, sending the optimal number of sampled data and automaticiy switching sensor nodes working state, test analysis find that terminal node power consumption can be reduced to 1/4 to 1/2, communication distance can be increased about three times, with good market effects.
