摘　　要：CD11b/CD18作为白细胞特异膜受体主要是通过与特异性配体结合介导细胞-细胞、细胞-胞外基质相互作用及中性粒细胞(PMN)吸附、渗出过程。中性粒细胞通过模式识别受体(PRRs)识别病原体,发挥抗感染作用。论文着重评述了CD11b/CD18介导PMN功能调控的细胞信号途径,为揭示CD11b/CD18调节PMN功能的分子机制和应用提供参考。As a leukocyte-specific membrane receptor,CD11b/CD18 mediates cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix interaction and process of adhesion and transudation of PMN mainly through binding with the spe- cific ligands. PMN can recognize pathogens by pattern recognition receptors（PRRs） and then play critical roles in the defense against infections. In this article, the signaling pathways which CD11b/CD18 mediate the regulation on neutrophil functions were summarized based on lots of latest advances,in order to provide more valuable references on revealing the molecular mechanisms of the regulation of CD11b/CD18 on PMN.
