摘 要:采用超声波一铁氧体法处理含铬废水,考察了加料比(nFe^2:nCr(VI)、pH值、H2O2的投加量、含铬废水的初始质量浓度、超声波辐射时间等因素对Cr(VI)的去除率的影响。根据吸光度来评价去除效果,寻求最佳的工艺条件。当加料比为7.5,pH值为8.0~9.0,H2O2的投加量为15mg/L,超声波辐射时间为30min时,Cr(VI)的去除率在99%以上,且铁氧体的磁性最强。实验结果还表明:含铬废水的初始质量浓度越大,Cr(VI)的去除率也越大,且用此法处理均达到国家排放标准;Cu2+,Zn2+对含铬废水的处理造成干扰;另外,超声波对铁氧体除铬有较强的促进作用。The chromium containing wastewater was treated with ultrasonic-ferrite method, and the effects of feeding ratio(nFe2+ : nCr(VI)), pH value, H2O2 dosage, initial mass concentration of Cr(VI), ultrasonic radiation time, etc. on the removal rate of Cr(VI) were investigated. The removal efficiency was evaluated according to absorbance, and on this basis the best operating conditions were sought. Chromium removal efficiency could be more than 99 % and the ferrite magnetism would be the strongest when feeding ratio is 7. 5, pH value 8. 0-9. 0, H2O2 dosage 15 mg/L and ultrasonic radiation time 30 minutes. The experiment also shows that the higher the initial mass concentration of Cr(VI), the greater the chromium removal rate~ and the wastewater treated with this method could meet the national discharge standards. The treatment of chromium containing wastewater was influenced by Cu2+ and Zn2+. In addition, ultrasonic waves have a stronger promoting effect on the removal of chromium with ferrite.
